Scope of services
American Mold provides mold inspection, testing, and indoor air quality assessment services. We are not a remediation company and do not perform mold removal.
Reports & limitations
Reports are based on conditions observed at the time of inspection. Hidden conditions or future moisture events may not be reflected. Reports are for the named client only and may not be relied upon by third parties without written consent.
Payment
Payment is due upon delivery of the inspection report unless other arrangements are made in writing.
